Preparing for a meeting with the team
Please contact us before coming to 14 Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford OX1 2EW, so we can arrange a time that suits you and make sure the right person is available to talk.
What you want to discuss
Which part of the project would you like to cover: studio layout, camera control, lighting, sound or event workflow? Knowing this helps us bring the right person.
Documents worth bringing
Do you have floor plans, a venue description, an existing equipment list or a draft schedule? Even rough sketches let us give more specific guidance in the first meeting.
Who should attend
Which producers, technical leads or organisers need to be involved in the decisions? Tell us in advance so we can plan the conversation around their questions.
