ContactQuestions about payment and refunds
How do I order a service?
Send an enquiry through the contact page describing the studio, event or broadcast you are planning. We reply with questions if anything is unclear, then send a written quotation. Nothing is bought on this website, so there is no basket or online checkout. Work begins once you confirm the quotation in writing.
What does a quotation include?
The quotation lists the services agreed, the days of design or crew time, any extras such as equipment lists or signal diagrams, and the total in pounds sterling. It also states what would change the price, for example a larger venue, extra cameras or a longer event. You can ask for changes before confirming.
How and when do I pay?
After you confirm the quotation, we issue an invoice. Payment is by bank transfer, and the bank details and payment terms are printed on the invoice. We do not take card payments or use online payment services. For longer projects the quotation may split the invoice into stages.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Prices on this page are guides and are shown before VAT. Where VAT applies, it is added at the standard rate and shown as a separate line on your quotation and invoice, so the full amount is clear before you agree to anything.
What happens if the scope of the work changes?
If the job grows, for example more cameras, a second stage or extra crew days, we tell you before doing the additional work and send a revised written quotation. We only invoice for changes you have agreed. If the job shrinks, the quotation is reduced to match.
Can I cancel after confirming a quotation?
Yes. Tell us in writing as soon as you know. Cancellation terms depend on how far along the work is, and they are set out in our payment and refund policy. Work already carried out is invoiced; anything not yet started is not.
How do refunds work?
Where a refund is due under the payment and refund policy, for example for a paid stage that was not carried out, we return the amount by bank transfer to the account that paid it. Please contact us with the invoice number and we will confirm the amount in writing.
Do you price consultancy separately from on-site work?
Yes. Written guidance, equipment reviews and plan checks are priced by the day of design time, while work at your venue is priced by crew days. A project can include both, and the quotation shows each part separately so you can see where the cost sits.
