Ordering, payment, cancellations and refunds at celebyzo follow the rules below, which form part of our terms. The prices shown on celebyzo.org apply to every order; each order is confirmed in writing and paid by invoice, never on the website itself.
Quotations and confirmation of an order
The prices of our services are those published on this website on the day of your enquiry. To order, write to us at [email protected] or call 01865 402 718; we reply with a written confirmation of the service, its price and the date. The order becomes binding once you accept that confirmation, and the invoice follows.
Refunds and part-completed work
Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 days of the refund being agreed; where that method can no longer be used, we transfer the amount to a bank account you confirm to us in writing at [email protected]. We deduct no processing fee. Where a service was carried out as agreed, its fee is not refunded, and for partly completed work we refund what was not provided, less any material or third-party costs agreed with you beforehand.
Complaints about our work
If you are not satisfied with our work, please describe the problem in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the service being provided, so that we can look into it while the circumstances are still clear. We examine the case and propose a correction, a repeat of the service, a partial refund or another remedy that fits the situation.
Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days after invoicing, and the accepted methods are listed on each invoice, which we send to you by email. Where an advance payment or payment by instalments has been agreed, the amounts and the dates are set out in the quotation. If an invoice remains open, we send a written reminder.
Cancelling a distance contract
Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you a right to cancel a contract agreed by telephone, by email or online, that right applies in addition to this policy. Written notice to [email protected] within the statutory period is enough, and any work you expressly asked us to begin before withdrawing is then settled separately.
