The principles behind how each project is run
Audiovisual work goes wrong in small ways: a missing cable, an unclear cue, a plan nobody has read. Our principles are practical habits that reduce those risks. They shape how we write plans, how we set up equipment and how we speak to the crews we work with.
Clarity
Clarity means plans that a crew can pick up and follow without us in the room. Floor plans are drawn to scale, signal routes are labelled and equipment lists say what each item is for. When something changes, the document is updated and the change is explained, so nobody works from an old version.
Reliability
Reliability starts well before the event. We check equipment against the plan, rehearse the signal path and agree who makes decisions when something fails. On the day, schedules are kept realistic, with time left for line checks, so a live broadcast or a festival changeover does not depend on luck.
Craft
Craft is the care taken over details audiences rarely notice but always feel: even exposure on a presenter's face, a clean audio mix, tidy cabling that is easy to trace. We prefer well-chosen, properly set-up equipment to complicated systems, and we explain our choices to the people who will operate them.
